UltraGile is a women's premium linen and cotton clothing brand based in Florida, USA, with garments designed and produced by hand in Lithuania. By using this website (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for reasons of inventory, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Your order is confirmed only when we send an order confirmation email.
All prices are in US Dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is processed securely; we do not store full credit card information on our servers.
Orders ship from our Lithuanian atelier within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Detailed shipping information is available on our Shipping & Returns page.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs.
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Sale items are final. See Shipping & Returns for full terms.
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but cannot guarantee exact color reproduction across screens. Each piece is handmade — small variations in fabric, stitching, and dye lot are characteristic of artisan production, not defects.
All content on this Site — including images, text, logos, and designs — is owned by UltraGile or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the Site's operation. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
