UltraGile Returns & Shipping Policies

Returns & Refund Policy

At UltraGile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our returns and refund policy below.


1. Returns

  • Eligibility: You can return items within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that do not meet these criteria.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at ultragile@outlook.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us, ensuring that you retain proof of postage.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • You should receive your refund within 2-5 business days after processing, depending on your bank or credit card provider.


4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Please follow the return process outlined above, and place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.
  • If you need assistance with an exchange, our customer service team can help guide you through the process.


5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Please contact us immediately at ultragile@outlook.com.
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging if possible.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue and replace the item as quickly as possible.
  • In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement order.



Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume sales periods.
  • Order processing occurs Monday - Sunday, excluding federal holidays.


Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options for U.S. orders including:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.
  • We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within the U.S.
  • Shipping promotions may be available during special events - check our homepage for current offers.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order status through the carrier's website.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.


International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada.
  • Canadian orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Stay tuned for expanded international shipping options in the future!


Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Please allow extra time for delivery during peak holiday seasons or severe weather events.
  • We will communicate any known shipping carrier delays via email.


Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
  • Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.
